2-1/2 cups gluten free herb-seasoned stuffing mix (you can use regular mix, also)
1 medium onion, finely chopped
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 tablespoons butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Directions
Cook spinach according to package directions; drain well, squeezing out excess liquid.
Combine spinach with remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Then lay into a 9×9 sprayed baking dish.
Bake at 350° for 12-17 minutes or until very lightly browned.
